Dr. Paras is a graduate of SantoTomas University in the Philippines where he received awards both in his undergraduate and medical degrees. He had his training in internal medicine at St. Vincent's Medical Center/New York Medical College in New York. He completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology at Allegheny General Hospital/Medical College of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to the United States, Dr. Paras worked as a General Practitioner and was involved in medical missions and charity organizations in the Philippines. Dr. Paras is board certified in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine, and a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Paras' hobbies include basketball, chess, and traveling. |
